Evaluating NGO programme
Grant evaluation: We help organizations assess potential grantees by undertaking pre-grant evaluations and preparing reports with supporting documentation. This process also includes evaluating the vision and mission of a potential grantee and its people, projects, processes, accountability and governance measures, project management and financial health, an evaluation of the actual grant expenditure vis-à-vis the grant agreement and budgets is also prepared. |
